The Booking Process

Please complete this section and then add any items/packages you would like to your basket alongside it - though this helps us it is not essential and we can discuss through ideas and pricing via text/email once we receive your form

Once we receive your booking form we will check the items are available on your chosen date and contact you to confirm asap (always within a day or so)

A £35 booking fee is required to secure your event and payment of this is acceptance of our full terms and conditions which can sent separately on request.

the full balance is due no less than 7 days before we are due to set up.

Summer notice:

Please note whilst we do accommodate outdoor set ups and use only the best quality balloons, there is a high risk of balloon poppage in direct sunlight so it is your responsibility to choose a cool area with plenty of shade.

We can not be held responsible for sun exposure altering your display/damaging balloons if you choose to have your display in direct sunlight. If you choose to have your display in sunlight we recommend using a shade/umberella/sail shade untill just before your guests arrive to delay or prevent any balloons popping
