Collection Info
We recommend collecting the morning of the day they are needed, or the evening before. If they are needed for a weekend and no Saturday collection is available, please choose Friday evening. If this is not suitable, please leave a comment in the checkout and we will try to accommodate as best we can.
**IMPORTANT MESSAGE** - If you are ordering a multiple items from us, please note that due to covid we are permanently working from separate addresses. A dual collection is likely to happen if you are ordering a hat box with a matching item, or adding a hat box on to your tower/helium/lockdown order. There is a chance your order may need to be collected from both our Eden bases in SA5 AND SA7. The addresses are just a 7 minute drive from each other. We do endeavour to arrange your collection from one base and this is more likely to happen the more notice we have.
