Balloon towers are a great way to add some statement decor without going overboard.
Standing at around 4ft tall and 3ft wide... these are large enough to make an impact with a small cost.
Plain - Comes with personalisation, and a balloon base to coordinate with your colour theme.
Themed - Comes with personalistion, a balloon base to coordinate, extra themed vinyl/stickers or an added themed balloon built in as part of the tower. Please note different themes have different add ons available and you are unable to choose.
These balloons are designed for indoor use only. If you would like a specific design we have previously done please contact us via social media before placing your order, we will require the photo and you will need to include in the order comments that we have agreed a specific design with you
Collection
You will be asked if you would like a morning/evening collection slot. Please note the exact times will be discussed with you when we contact you in the days before your item is due to be collected. Morning slots will range from 9am-12pm, Evening slots range from 5pm-9pm depending on your allocated collection point and we try to be as flexible as possible.
Please do not collect your items more than 30 hours before your event. I.e if you have a Saturday evening event, ideally collection should be the Sat morning or Fri evening.
These balloons are designed for indoor use only - please note for 2 digits you will need a large car with the back seats down for collection.
Please note when selecting chrome colours these come with between 1-4 metallic balloons per number due to increases cost of chrome balloons
**IMPORTANT MESSAGE** - If you are ordering a multiple items from us, please note that due to covid we are permanently working from separate addresses. A dual collection is likely to happen if you are ordering a hat box with a matching item, or adding a hat box on to your tower/helium/lockdown order. There is a chance your order may need to be collected from both our Eden bases in SA5 AND SA7. The addresses are just an 7 minute drive from each other. We do endeavour to arrange your collection from one base and this is more likely to happen the more notice we have.
Balloon care
Please note ALL balloons are pre blown 24 hours before collection. This enables us to ensure there are no ‘factory defects’ in the balloons. If the balloons last 24 hours (the manufacturers guaranteed time) then it is likely any issues have occurred from human fault once they have been collected.
Once collected, any issues with your order must be reported to us within 12 hours of the collection or delivery and the faulty item/s returned to us for investigation and replacement if appropriate. Should this fault occur out normal opening houses, please send a text with a photo to the telephone number that confirmed your collection to enable us to assist further and as quickly as possible. Should the outcome of a manufacture fault be reported after our investigations have taken place either a replacement or in store credit will be provided. If the investigation shows a ‘user error’ and not a fault of manufacture, no refund, replacement or credit will be offered. Should you, the customer, be unable to provide either the returned product, and/ or photographs/ video’s to assist us in our investigation, no further action can be taken by us and no remuneration will be possible.
