  • Do you have a showroom, shop or stockroom we can visit?"
    No, not having these overhead costs enables us to keep our prices competitive which is why we keep our website and social media full of up to date media. We work closely with many Swansea venues who can vouch for our work including Morgans hotel.
  • How much do your services cost?
    Our costs vary depending on what is required – we have a pricing section here which will detail our most popular items. As a guide our gifts start at £25 but we have hire items from £5. Our set up fees start from £140 which will cover a large backdrop and balloon garland
  • How do I book?
    Please visit the booking section on the top bar and complete the form. One of our team will be in touch as soon as possible. Once we have confirmed your booking via email you can pay your deposit in the 'making a payment' section of the website
  • Do you offer packages?
    We do, though we also offer bespoke and single items too. Though our packages often work out best value.
  • Can you replicate a design ive seen somewhere else?
    It is never our intention to imitate a design from someone else. We can take inspiration from ideas presented to us, but the designs we create will always ultimately be our own. We find the best events are ones where we are told a 'theme' and then left to run wild!
  • Will I need to meet you at the venue before the event?
    No, this is not necessary, especially if we have already worked at the venue before. We appreciate you may want your items in specific ways, and we will try to accommodate this where possible however we sometimes are unable to do this due to venue restrictions/set up
  • After setup, will you stay for the duration of the event?"
    No, we will setup, leave and return to begin clearing up after your event has finished. We confer with the venue direct regarding this.
  • Are you insured?
    Yes, Our company carries up to £5,000,000 in value of public liability insurance cover.
  • How long have you been in business?
    Together as Eden, we launched early 2019. However both directors have experience in events and business for over 8 years
